According to an entry on the CQPD log for Dec. 14, 4:57 p.m., Hwy. 42 mp 17, “result of traffic stop,” 41-year old Neva Mae McConnell arrested on Grants Pass Public Safety warrant charging FTA on Theft II, “McConnell cited in lieu of custody.”
