According to an entry on the CQPD log for Nov. 20, 9:29 a.m., 700 block No. Central Blvd., “follow up,” 43-year old Norman Scott Olson arrested on Multnomah Co. SO warrant charging Possession of Heroin Felony, Failure to Perform Duties of Driver, Reckless Driving, additionally charged with four-counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, Theft II and Escape III, “cited in lieu of custody on all charges.”
