According to an entry on the CQPD log for April 16, 6:3 a.m., Hwy. Deli Mart, “theft just occurred, suspect still in the lot,” 63-year old Penelope Maniord charged with Theft III, “Maniord was cited in lieu of custody.”
Family Dispute
According to an entry on the CQPD log for April 17, 6:28 p.m., 700 block E. 12th St., 29-year old Brandon Jeffrey Dalton arrested on two CQPD warrants charging FTA on Harassment & Interference with Making a Report charges, and FTA 2nd Degree. Additionally, charged with Harassment & Menacing Domestic. Transported to CCJ.
