According to an entry on the CQPD log for Sept. 27, 10:52 p.m., So. Cedar St., “suspicious subject loitering in the park,” 33-year old Joseph Kenneth Cole arrested on three Salem PD warrants charging Trespassing, “cited in lieu of custody.”
