According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Sunday, Dec. 11, 6:02 p.m., 200 E. 2nd St., Coos Co. Jail, Coquille, 37-year old Samuel Leon Randall charged with Forgery I, Possession Forged Instrument and UEMV.
