The National Park Service has opened its doors across the country temporarily to offer visitors easier access to natural spaces during the COVID-19 outbreak. In Oregon, admission is free at Crater Lake National Park, John Day Fossil Beds, Oregon Caves National Monument and the Lewis & Clark National Historical Park. However, while the parks are open free to visitors, there are closures within the parks. At Crater Lake, the Steel Visitor Center is closed. Same at the Lewis & Clark Visitor Center. Oregon Caves has canceled all cave tours and closed the main Visitor Center. Visitors could also find shuttered restrooms, restaurants as well as other facilities within the National Parks.
