Criminal Trespass, April 8

News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. Narrative: On April 5, 2016, at about 2002 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies and an Officer from the Bandon Police Department were dispatched to Highway 42S and Ohio St, Bandon for a possible dispute. After speaking with the reporting party there, Officers learned the suspect had left the area and went to the victim’s house. The victim stated the suspect had no permission to be at her house or property. Officers contacted the suspect and subsequently tried to place him under arrest for Criminal Trespass. The suspect resisted officers and one officer had to use a taser to be able to place the suspect into custody. During the struggle, the suspect punched one officer in the head. The suspect, Jordan Siemer, 25 years old of Bandon, was arrested for Criminal Trespass I, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on a Public Safety Officer. Siemer was transported to the Coos County Jail and released to jail staff. The Deputy that was punched did not need any further medical attention.
