News release CCSO. On July 21st, 2017 at approximately 2037 hours, Deputies were dispatched to 91544 Spaw Lane for a report of unknown male entering a residence. Deputies contacted Donald Kelby Robinson at the end of the driveway of the residence. After multiple interviews with witnesses Donald Robinson was placed under arrest. While deputies were conducting a cursory search, a suspected controlled substance was located. The controlled substance was seized and sent to the Oregon State Police Crime Lab for testing. Donald Robinson was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree and transported to the Coos County Jail without further incident. This arrest was made with the assistance of the Oregon State Police and the Coos Bay Police Department.
