Sauces, Date: Thursday, Nov. 3, Time: 6-9 p.m., Price: $75. Description: Sauces are always the foundation of a great meal. In this course Chef Torres will teach you how to prepare sauces from around the world. Pair these sauces with tasty dishes that are sure to satisfy your friends and family. Seafood Cooking, Date: Tuesday, Nov. 15, Time: 9:00 AM – Noon, Price: $75. Description: This class will cover the basics of preparation and proper fish cooking so that preparing the bounty of the sea will no longer be a mystery. Pasta Making, Date: Saturday, Dec. 3, Time: 9:00 AM – Noon, Price: $75. Description: This basic pasta class demystifies the process so you can make fresh pasta yourself. This class will cover many shapes including the classics. With more than 20 years culinary experience, Chef Torres is noted as the 2013 American Culinary Federation (ACF) Western Region educator of the year. In July, Chef Torres and his OCCI student culinary team also won the ACF National Championship.
