On March 23, 2016 at about 10AM, OSP Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of an unconscious person in a vehicle parked along Highway 224 near milepost 13 (just east of Carver). Upon emergency crews arriving on scene, they found a deceased male inside a 1998 Dodge pickup. After initial processing of the scene, it does not appear foul play is a factor in the death. The deceased was identified as Joseph S HAY, age 63, of Sandy.
