A 29-year old Corvallis man was found unconscious and not breathing near a cliff in the Moolack Beach area of the Central Oregon Coast, north of Newport, Friday afternoon, Oct. 9. Thomas Robert Heresco was pronounced deceased at the scene; however, foul play is not suspected. An investigation is continuing.
