CHW release – COVID-19 has made a resurgence in our community and with that brings a strain on the healthcare system. That strain has been felt by our Case Investigation/Contact Tracing teams as this will reduce our response time to 48-72 hours for initial contact with COVID-19 exposures and positive cases. If you believe that you have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms that could be considered COVID-19, please contact your primary provider. Please consider making a list of possible close contacts to share with the Case Investigation/Contact Tracing teams, or to call on your own to help inform those at risk. You will also want to isolate/quarantine in the event you are symptomatic (Unvaccinated/Vaccinated), or if you have been considered a close contact (Unvaccinated).
