The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality invites the public to provide written comment on the proposed Gold Beach Sewage Treatment Plant water quality permit, known officially as a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination permit. Summary: Subject to public review and comment, DEQ intends to renew the permit, which allows Gold Beach to discharge treated wastewater to drainfields and Riley Creek.
