DMV office services slow due to printer issue, May 6

DMV release – Oregon DMV offices have been experiencing slowdowns in services due to intermittent delays with their printers. That means your visit may take longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience while we work to fix the problem. The issue began intermittently this week and has been hard to diagnose. Our technical staff is working with Microsoft and state computer system technicians to find and fix the problem. It is not related to the photo system software problem we experienced last week. As of Friday afternoon, the issue continues to slow services at offices. Please plan for extra time if you visit a DMV office as this issue will likely continue into next week. Please be patient with our staff while we work on solving the problem. Our many online services at DMV2U.Oregon.gov are not affected.
