On Thursday, December 08, 2016, at approximately 10:46 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of a trespass and disturbance occurring in the 500-block of Blossom Creek Road in Winston. Deputies arrived and learned that there was no actual disturbance. However, they discovered a motorhome that had been backed into a tree and then left abandoned on private property. They learned Jefferey Wright, 39 of Strasburg, VA, was the driver of the motorhome and had already left. A short time later, the dispatch center began receiving calls of Wright walking in the middle of Rice Creek Road with no pants on. Deputies contacted Wright and gave him several warnings to get out of the roadway. Wright failed to obey the deputy’s warnings and was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II. He was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
