The 33-year old female accused in a double homicide north of Bandon Saturday night, April 11, was arraigned in a Coos County Circuit Court Monday in Coquille. Ashley Margaret Webber was officially charged with two-counts of Murder in the First Degree and her bail was set at $2 million. She is scheduled to next appear in Court on Monday, April 20, 2020, 8:3 a.m. Coos Co. District Attorney R. Paul Frasier says he anticipates the case will go to the Grand Jury before the end of the week. Autopsies on the two victims “will be conducted in near future.” The Coos Co. Major Crime Team is continuing the investigation. Police found two victims, 28-year old Jasmine Mae Moon and 55-year old Michael Ray Lambert when they arrived at the residence owned by Lambert in the Weiss Estates north of Bandon.
