Drug Arrests on Central Coast, March 9

News release Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Office. On March 6, 2015, at approximately 8:40 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies intitiated a traffic stop on Highway 20 near milepost 11. Deputies contacted the driver, James Ray Bell Jr., age 26, of Washougal, Washington and his female passenger identified as Brittini Linn Holsinger, age 27, also from Washougal, Washington. Consent to search the vehicle was obtained from Bell and Holsinger and during the search, Heroin, Methamphetamine and illegal drug paraphernalia were found. James Bell was taken into custody for Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Methamphetamine and Brittini Holsinger was taken into custody for Unlawful Possession of Heroin and an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation. The vehicle stopped by deputies was towed from the scene and both Bell and Holsinger were transported to the Lincoln County Jail where they were booked and lodged. Bell’s bail was set at $150,000 and Holsinger was held on a no bail warrant plus $100,000 bail for Heroin possession.
