News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On August 26, 2016, Deputies from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office responded to 97788 North Lake Lane, Lakeside, Oregon to attempt to locate a wanted subject, Lucas N. Huhn. Upon arrival at the residence, Deputies learned that Huhn was not present. After speaking with the subjects who were present, an investigation was initiated in regards to an unlawful amount of marijuana plants growing on the property. In the process of the investigation, Deputies applied for and received a warrant to search the residence. During the investigation Deputies located child pornography, methamphetamine, 83 marijuana plants, firearms, a stolen vehicle, stolen property and other items of evidence on the property and/or in the residence. Through interviews and evidence located at the residence, Deputies learned that Lucas Huhn, Michelle Rampoldi, Robert Lowder, Patrick Donley and Brian Brown all resided at the residence. Lowder was arrested and charged with: Unlawful Manufacture of Marijuana, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Materials Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct of a Child and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Lowder is currently being held at the Coos County Jail in Lieu of $185,000 bail. Donley was arrested and charged with: Unlawful Manufacture of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle, Theft II and Probation Violations. Donley id currently being held at the Coos County Jail in Lieu of $170,000 bail. Brown was arrested and charged with: Unlawful Manufacture of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Giving False Information to a Police Officer, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The investigation uncovered evidence of additional crimes committed by subjects at the location. Lucas Huhn and Michelle Rampoldi had not been located at the time of this release. The investigation is continuing and additional arrests are anticipated.
