The Women of Oregon wrapped the 2019 outdoor campaign with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin. The Ducks scored 34 points over their two days of competition, falling four shy of a top-four podium finish. The top-five finish is the 16th in program history and their 10th in the past 11 years.  “They showed what it’s like to be Oregon to fight and scrap for every point,” head coach Robert Johnson said. “We had a good start with the 4×1 running a season best and Jess Hull running a huge lifetime best but just getting nipped there at the line. That was probably a little unexpected but she’s a true warrior and I couldn’t be more proud of her and the other women…overall good stuff all around.”
