A 56-year old male faces charges of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants after his vehicle struck a North Bend school bus near North Bay Elementary in the Hauser area Wednesday morning, Sept. 18. Jerald M. Souther was also charged with Driving with a Suspended License. No one other than the driver was on the school bus at the time of the collision.
