On Sunday, September 03, 2017, at 10:28 PM, Douglas County Emergency Communications received a report of a suspicious male riding a bicycle with a firearm in the campgrounds in Winchester Bay. Deputies contacted the male on Salmon Harbor near Lighthouse Road. The male kept grabbing his firearm and disobeyed commands from the deputies. The male was identified as 49 year-old Elkton resident Martin Bradley Harris. Harris was found to be under the influence of intoxicants and was subsequently arrested for DUII and Disorderly Conduct II. He was lodged in the Douglas County Jail.
