A 46-year old man from Stayton was killed Saturday, April 18, in a dune buggy accident at the Sand Lake Recreation Area in southern Tillamook County on the North Oregon Coast. Robert Sullenger was operating the dune buggy that collided with another. Both of his passengers were also injured and taken to hospitals. The occupants of the other dune buggy were not injured.
