Earthquake at Cape Mendocino, July 29

A magnitude 3.3 earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Monday, July 28, where two fault lines enter the Pacific Ocean from land and then run parallel with the Oregon Coast.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 8:01 p.m. and was centered on land 15-miles south to southeast of Eureka, CA.
