Southwestern Oregon Community College is pleased to announce that Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is bringing their Super Transfer Day to Southwestern’s Coos and Curry campuses. Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 11 am – 3 pm, EOU Regional Director Kerrie Wylam will be at the Coos campus, 1988 Newmark Ave., Coos Bay, Stensland Hall room 101. Friday, April 21, 2017, EOU travels to Brookings and will be in the Sprague Commons at the Curry campus from 11 am – 2 pm. What is Super Transfer Day? It is an incredible opportunity to attain on-the-spot admission for no fee, a credit evaluation, and a minimum $500 scholarship with more possible for students with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and 30 transferable college credits. Associate’s coursework can be completed while beginning upper division coursework through EOU. Official transcripts must be provided to be eligible for on-the-spot admission. Students with an associate degree will receive an additional $500 scholarship. Whether you are looking for a quality campus program or needing a distance degree, EOU might be right for you.
