For U.S. Representative in the 4th District, Alex Skarlatos with 57.78% of the vote, while Val Hoyle had 35.82% (District wide at 1:18 a.m., Hoyle has 51.1% to Skarlatos 43.0%). For Governor of Oregon, Christine Drazan with 58.20% to Tina Kotek with 30.92% (Kotek had a slim 45.7% to 44.6% for Drazan statewide vote lead as of 3:33 a.m.). Cribbins with 50.85% to Rod Taylor with 48.89%. Coos Co. Sheriff, Gabe Farbizio with 73.36% to M.A. Kinnaird 26.16%. Mayor City of North Bend, Jessica Engelke with 52.89% and John Briggs 46.78%. Top three NB City Councilor votes, Jenny Jones 26.64%, Barbara Schultz 26.59%, and Larry Garboden 23.82%. City of Powers Mayor, Robert Kohn with 54.31% to Robert Baker 45.69%. County Measure for Jail Funding Levy, No 54.98% to Yes 45.02%. Statewide Measure 114 (Police Maintained Permit to Acquire Firearms) in Coos Co., No. 65.18% to Yes 34.82% (statewide Measure 114 was passing with late numbers showing 51% to 49%).
