The City of Coos Bay will hold the second of two public presentations on the Empire Blvd., Newmark Ave., Wisconsin Ave. Project Improvement tonight, Wednesday, Oct. 29, 6 to 7 p.m., at the Dolphin Theater, 580 Newmark Ave. The project will widen the roadway section to provide bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the street, and provide a covered structure at the Coos Co. Area Transit bus stop on Empire Blvd. Street lighting, benches and other improvements are also planned.
