City of Coos Bay release – The City of Coos Bay Public Works Department has contracted with Knife River Materials to reconstruct asphalt trail at designated locations throughout Empire Lakes (John Topits). The trail closures will be barricaded off, and Public is not allowed past the barricades for safety purpose. The trail closures will start April 29, 2019 and will last through May 3, 2019, basically all week.
