A Bay Area boy’s soccer team sponsored by Epuerto took second place at the 8-team Newport Soccer Tournament last weekend on the Central Coast. Jerome, ID took first place while defending 5A champ Corvallis was third, followed by Crescent Valley, Taft, So. Albany, Newport & Seaside. Epuerto, coached by Allan Ledesma also won the Rogue Memorial Tournament earlier.
