The “SOLD” signs recently went up on a couple of commercial properties on Coos Bay. Pacific Properties had listed the site adjacent to the Coos History Museum on North Bayshore Drive in Coos Bay. Broker Randy Hoffine says the purchaser is from Bandon “and will be developing it for dining, retail and commercial.” However, Hoffine added there will be no condos. The site has sat vacant for a number of years. Previously it had served as a wood chip terminal.
