Expect nighttime delays this week on Isthmus Slough Bridge in Coos Bay, Feb. 6

ODOT release – COOS BAY – Motorists traveling between central Coos Bay and the Eastside community can expect intermittent nighttime traffic delays this week as workers test the electrical system of the Isthmus Slough Bridge. The work will take place from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., Wednesday night to Thursday morning, Feb. 5-6. additional work will be scheduled the same hours Thursday night, if needed. Delays are expected to be less than 20 minutes. Flaggers will provide traffic control. The work involves lifting the drawbridge spans and inspecting the electrical system.
