CBPL release – Beginning Monday, November 8, “Engineer It! Exploring Ancient Technologies” kits will be available at the Coos Bay Public Library. Designed by the University of Oregon’s Museum of Natural and Cultural History, the kits explore traditional Native American technologies and give participants the opportunity to try out hands-on engineering challenges at home. Each kit includes supplies that support a video created by museum educators available online at https://vimeo.com/470367717. All kits are bilingual in English and Spanish. The program is geared towards kids and families and is sponsored by the Coos Bay Library. Limited kits are available.
