Fatal on I-5, May 2

On Sunday, April 23, 2017 at approximately 2:37am, OSP Sergeant and emergency personnel responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on Interstate 5 near milepost 286, just north of the city limits of Wilsonville (Clackamas County). Preliminary investigation revealed a blue 2006 Toyota Solara, operated by Wyatt TABOH-GRAZIANO, age 28, of SW Portland, was traveling northbound when for an unknown reason, TABOH-GRAZIANO lost control of his vehicle and slid across all three northbound lanes of travel. The Toyota struck a highway guardrail and continued sliding onto the grassy shoulder. The Toyota then struck an ODOT metal electrical box, flipped onto its top and collided with a cyclone fence. The Toyota came to rest on SW Parkway Ave. TOBAH-GRAZIANO was transported by air ambulance to Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU),listed in critical condition. On April 28, 2017, TABOH-GRAZIANO succumbed to his injuries.
