Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into Saturday morning’s single vehicle fatal crash on Highway 126W near Walton. On Saturday October 26, 2019 at about 10:12 AM, OSP troopers and emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle fatal crash on Highway 126W near milepost 35. Preliminary investigation revealed that a Chevrolet pickup, operated by Olivia Jean Minniear, age 26, from Elmira, left the roadway for unknown reasons impacting multiple trees before rolling over and coming to rest on its top in a small creek. Minniear was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS personnel.
