Oregon State Troopers are investigating a fatal crash on highway 99E near milepost 21 in Linn County, Monday, Jan. 26. Lanes Affected: (Northbound) 1 Lane (Southbound) 1 Lane. Comments: A crash has closed the road. Southbound traffic is being detoured on Highway 228 back to I-5. Northbound traffic is detouring on Diamond Hill Road. Traffic is being stopped between Halsey and Harrisburg due to foggy conditions. Use caution.”
