Two unidentified adults received what was described as “traumatic injuries” after falling over a ledge at the Depoe Bay Seawall, Nov. 9th. According to reports, the two fell about 15-feet and landed in dirt and rocks on the oceanside of the seawall. Emergency personnel used Recuse Stokes Baskets to carry the victims back up to the sidewalk and awaiting ambulances. They were transported to a local hospital with lower extremities injuries including possible fractures.
