The four-day event also will feature educational programming, food and beverage vendors and attractions such as the World’s Largest Rubber Duck. Coos Bay and North Bend will be one of only a handful of Pacific ports for the ships and “Mama Duck” this summer. The lineup of ships will include the Hawaiian Chieftain, built out of steel in Hawaii in 1988 for cargo trade. The Lady Washington is a full-scale replica of the original that was the first American ship to visit Honolulu, Hong Kong and Japan in the 1780s. In addition to beautiful Tall Ships, and of course, the World’s Largest Rubber Duck, we’ve got some great entertainment lined up!
