News release Oregon Health Authority. For Week 45, November 5-11, 2017 – Summary: During Week 45, 1.5% of all emergency department visits in Oregon were due to influenza-like illness (ILI). Among Oregon labs participating in the National Respiratory and Enteric Virus Surveillance System (NREVSS), 8.4% of specimens tested were positive for influenza. 10 influenza-related hospitalizations were reported during Week 45 for the Portland tri-county metropolitan area. No ILI/influenza-related outbreaks were reported.
