NORTH BEND, Ore. – Attorneys for former North Nend High School principal Bill Lucero plan to sue the school district to get his job back.
Lucero was reassigned as vice principal at North Bend Middle School after the district reached a settlement with the ACLU over allegations of discrimination against LGBTQ students.
Lucero’s lawyers say there was “no lawful basis” for removing Lucero from his post.
