Former North Coast Realtor Arraigned, Jan. 16

A former executive officer of the Clatsop Association of Realtors, and a caretaker of funds for charitable organizations has been arraigned on multiple counts of Aggravated Theft in the First Degree and Identity Theft. Sixty-two year old Deborah Lee Morrow allegedly stole at least $10,000 each from Warrenton-Hammond Healthy Kids Inc., Connect the Dots Clatsop Co., and Warrenton People Scholarship Inc. The 22-counts of ID theft reportedly involved the illegal usage of the name of another North Coast realtor. In July, Morrow was reportedly indicted for Identity Theft, Forgery and Aggravated Theft while serving with the Realty Association. She pled not guilty to all 30-counts. She had previously served as Board Chair of the Warrenton-Hammond School District.
