City of Coos Bay release – Coos Bay City Hall will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 due to the Fourth of July Holiday. 4th of July at Mingus Park – South Coast Running Club’s Firecracker Run sign-ups at 9am, race starts at 10am; Booths open 11am – 2pm; Free swim at Mingus Park Pool 2pm – 4pm; City Council meeting cancelled; Fireworks on the waterfront at dusk (10p).
