Bay area authors Sharon Lovie and Michael Boehme give a free reading from their books at the North Bend Public Library on Thursday, June 15, at 6:30p.m. Lovie’s new book, her autobiography “Outside My Attic Door,” is a poignant look at the author’s life, demonstrating how her strong will helped her triumph over life’s challenges. Lovie grew up on the south coast, has published poems and essays in twelve anthologies, and in her book of poetry, Parading Thoughts. Michael Boehme will be reading from his book, “A Dog That Needed a Home.” This event is free and open to the public in the library’s large meeting room.
