It’s the end of the regular season for the 4A Far West League softball teams. So. Umpqua and No. Bend enter the day as the league’s No. 1 & No. 2 teams. Marshfield has secured third place. The OSAA playoff rankings freeze on Saturday night, May 12, 10 p.m. The league winner will get a bye, while the FWL’s No. 2 will host a “Play-In” game, and Marshfield will travel for a “Play-In” game next Tuesday. Today’s final FWL games are doubleheaders. Marshfield (7-6) hosts Brookings-Harbor (4-9); North Bend (11-2) is at Douglas (1-12); and, So. Umpqua (12-1) hosts Siuslaw (4-9). All of the games are set for 3 & 5 p.m.
