Marshfield came-from-behind with three runs in the top of the seventh to hand Brookings-Harbor a 10-8 Far West League softball loss Monday night. The win clinched third place for the Lady Pirates (7-6) with two-games remaining in the regular season and most likely a playoff slot. Both of the final games are against Brookings-Harbor (4-9) at home Thursday in a regular season ending doubleheader at 3 & 5 p.m., at Coos Head Field. Also in the FWL, first place So. Umpqua (12-1) won at Siuslaw 15-1, and second place North Bend (11-2) won at home 18-1 over Douglas. On Thursday, Siuslaw (4-9) plays at So. Umpqua and North Bend goes to Douglas (1-12).
