Siuslaw’s boys and girls swept the top spots at the 4A Far West League District Cross Country Championships Thursday at Tugman State Park near Lakeside.  The Vikings boys won with 28-points, followed by Marshfield with 49, North Bend 86, So. Umpqua 99 and Brookings-Harbor 116.  The top two teams qualify to run at the OSAA State Championships Nov. 4, at Lane CC in Eugene. In the girl’s race, Siuslaw won with 38-points, followed by So. Umpqua with 55, North Bend 56 and Marshfield 70.  Individually:  Marshfield’s Jazmin Chavez won the girl’s title with a time of 19:48.81 for 5,000 meters.  Her teammate Kaylee Delzotti placed 5th (20:16.68), followed by 16 Kaylin Dea 22:14.55; 22 Emily Kruse 22:50.44; 26 Hannah Beaulieu 24:34.26; 27 Kensey Harlow 25:20.16; 30 Jaycee Smith 27:25.49.  For North Bend’s girls:  3 Makenna Roberts 20:11.75; 8 Celeste Sinko 20:44.86; 12 Megan Rutherford 21:22.15; 15 Ashleigh Timm 22:14.33; 18 Megan Murphy 22:25.57; 24 Emma Dreveskracht 23:22.81; 25 Hannah Graber 23:47.11.  For the MHS boys:  3 Aaron Prince 17:12.18; 9 Chandler Pruett 17:47.77; 10 Gabe Delgado 17:57.02; 13 Kyran Erwin 18:13.64; 14 Jeremy Roe 18:17.33; 15 Isaac Hasel 18:20.81; 19 Jonathon Sampier 18:31.98.  For the NBHS boys:  8 Jacob Adams 17:39.93; 17 Tyson Flitcroft 18:26.70; 18 Patton Reid 18:30.40; 21 Nathan Oberg 18:51.52; 22 Donovan Oakes 18:53.84; 23 Augustus Bell 19:06.74; 26 Romig Beley 19:36.15.
