GLENDALE, Ore. – On Monday, July 20, 2020, at 6:10 pm, 9-1-1 dispatchers received a report of a stabbing in the 200-block of Montgomery Ave in Glendale. When deputies arrived, they learned a 15 year-old was upset with a 16 year-old female juvenile and had threatened to stab her with a knife. 18 year-old Joseph Gage Fish of Glendale attempted to intervene and ended up fighting with the 15 year-old male. During the fight, Fish was stabbed in the side of the neck. The 16 year-old sustained a minor cut to her elbow during the fight. The suspect is known to law enforcement and his whereabouts are currently unknown, although Detectives believe he is possibly en route to California. The suspect is not believed to be a threat to the public.
