Halloween ’17 has arrived! Little goblins, ghosts and other spooky characters will be roaming the streets of neighborhoods tonight looking for their candy delights. Motorists are asked to drive cautiously in the neighborhoods as excited children in costume could be running from house to house. Some schools and businesses are holding alternative trick & treat events. Law enforcement says they will be visible tonight with their patrols to make sure all are having a fun, safe Halloween.
