Herbs for the Home, A Walk in the Woods, Playing with Plankton & More Mason Bees, March 29

News release from the South Slough Reserve.  Join us for Understanding the Use of Herbs for Home, Health and Well Being Saturday, April 15 from 1-3 pm.  This class will help you to understand herbs and the role they can play in your life from natural cleaning products to your mental and physical well-being.  There will be handouts and each participant will receive an herbal plant at the class to get you started on cleaning the chemicals out of your lives.  This course will set the groundwork for the additional herbal classes to follow.  Meet at the South Slough Reserve Interpretive Center.  All supplies included in the $15 fee.  Go to: www.oregon.gov/dsl/ss to sign up.  For more information call: 541.888.5558 ext. 121.  We encourage parents and children to participate together in this special event.  Collect and view plankton under a microscope and participate in the great plankton race!  Designed for children 6 -12 years.  Meet at the South Slough Interpretive Center.
