Gusts up to 70 mph are possible at capes, headlands, and other exposed areas. * Timing: Winds will increase through Thursday morning, reaching a peak early Thursday afternoon. * Locations include: The southern Oregon coast from Cape Arago to the south, including Bandon, Cape Blanco, Port Orford, Gold Beach, Brookings, and exposed areas of Highway 101.
