This is a community event that aims to promote healthy eating and education around the benefits of fermentation. The museum’s exhibit hall will be open with free admission during the event’s time from 1-4pm. While speakers are presenting, other participating organizations will have info booths available with educational materials and samples. When she is not presenting, Tara Whittsit of Fermentations on Wheels will welcome folks on her bus for a starter culture swap in a truly unique, portable laboratory of fermentation wonders!
