The Lane County Sheriff’s Office received the report of a motorcycle vs. car crash this evening at approximately 6:30pm in the 77000blk of London Rd. Responding units learned that the involved car, believed possibly to be a dark colored sedan or coupe, fled the scene southbound on London Rd. following the collision. The motorcycle’s operator was transported to an area hospital via helicopter with life threatening injuries. The motorcycle’s passenger was also transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
